Aplikus

Aplikus is a combined medical product based on methylsilicicacid hydrogel and immobilized copper ions, it has adsorption andbactericidal properties. Hydrogel of methylsilicic acid has adsorption capacity. Copper ions have an antimicrobial effect due to the denaturation of proteins of microorganisms.

The application is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.

Thanks to its sorption properties, the product binds toxic products in the tissues, reduces the manifestations of local intoxication. As a result of cleaning the affected area of the skin, there is a reduction of local inflammatory reactions, stimulationof the growth of granulation tissue, improvement of the healing process.

Due to the affected skin, it is practically not absorbed, the maximum concentration is at the place of use. However, when applying the medical product to large areas of the body, thepossibility of resorption should be taken into account.

Recommendations for use:

• Used for bacterial skin infections (furuncles, carbuncles, ulcers, eczema) caused by microorganisms sensitive to the drug.
• It is also used for burns and wounds in patients with diseases in which regenerative processes are reduced (diabetes, immunodeficiency, etc.).
• With various forms of pyelonephritis.
